Long-term prosperity requires a solid infrastructure for the community. Ho-Chunk, Inc. has developed a non-profit organization to address infrastructure and community betterment. Ho-Chunk Community Development Corporation (HCCDC) has been successful in acquiring millions of dollars of grants for the Winnebago community since its launch in 2001. Ho-Chunk, Inc. has also contributed funds and tax payments to assist the organization in building infrastructure. HCCDC has also been instrumental in operating a variety of community programs to increase job training and education and improve housing and infrastructure on the reservation

- Winnebago Community Pool
- Youth Leadership Program
- Woodland Trails Art and Business Incubation Center
- Microloan Business Loan Fund
- Community Development Fund
- Youth Crime Prevention Program
- Anti-Drug Education Program
