Annette Hamilton, Chief Operating Officer and Vice President, is responsible to help lead HCI’s sixteen companies on a daily basis. Annette is an enrolled member of the Kickapoo Tribe of Kansas.

Annette is a graduate of Washburn University of Topeka, KS with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and earned a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Minnesota.

Annette was recently honored by being named as a 2007 National Finalist in the 4th annual Stevie Awards for Women in Business. She was named in the Best Executive - Non-Services Businesses - up to 2,500 Employees category. The Stevie Awards for Women in Business honor women executives, entrepreneurs, and the companies they run - worldwide.

Prior to working for HCI, Annette was employed as a Financial Analyst and Manager of Financial Reporting for Gateway, Inc. She has also worked for Wohlenberg Ritzman & Co, LLP, Yankton, SD; WinnaVegas Casino, Sloan, IA; Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe, Onamia, MN; Minnesota American Indian Chamber of Commerce, St. Paul, MN; 3M, St. Paul, MN; and Koch Industries, Wichita, KS. Annette is also currently an adjunct instructor at Little Priest Tribal College.
