Lance Morgan is President and Chief Executive Officer of Ho Chunk, Inc., the economic development corporation of the Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska. He is also an enrolled member of the Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska and Owner/Consultant of Lance Morgan Consulting, working with Tribes on economic development strategy and structural issues. He is a frequent speaker on Indian Law and Tribal Economic Development Issues.

Lance is active in his community, serving as a board member for Dynamic Homes, Liberty Bank, Fort Peck, Inc., Winnebago Gaming Board, and on a variety of committees. He is also an adjunct professor locally and at several universities across the United States. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Minnesota Bar Association, and the Nebraska Bar Association.

Lance earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Nebraska (B.S., 1990) and graduated from Harvard Law School (J.D., 1993).
