Flatwater Trading Company is the manufacturing division of HCI Distribution, a wholesale distribution company located in Winnebago, Nebraska. We are proud to be a part of the great State of Nebraska, land of the “flatwater”. The word Nebraska means “flatwater” from an Otoe Indian word N^iNbraske, named for the Platte River running through the state.

Flatwater Trading Company is teaming with Needham, Inc., an Omaha based meat processing company. Flatwater Trading Company has signed a production agreement with Needham, Inc. to provide a full range of top quality beef and pork products for distribution worldwide.

Vincent Bass, Sales Representative has been associated with HCI Distribution since 2005 and helped launched Flatwater Trading Company in the fall of 2006. He is a member of the Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska.
