HCI Construction was established originally as a local builder/dealer for Dynamic Homes. We have since added many of the area's largest commercial businesses and government entities to our list of clientele. In addition, there are incredible development opportunities offered by the Winnebago Tribe, Ho-Chunk, Inc. and other non-Tribal entities in the region. Examples of our work dot the map in Nebraska, Iowa and South Dakota. HCI Construction has received SBA 8(a) status, and is SBA HUB Zone certified.

HCI Construction is led by two men with over 50 years of combined experience in the construction trade. Keith Kilpatrick and Tom Koob oversee a staff of 50. The company uses computerized estimating and project management for better cost accuracy and more efficiency. This provides a smarter and more coordinated effort throughout the entire building process.

Keith and Tom's previous experience include construction management at one of the area's largest commercial contractors.
