Dynamic Homes is the largest modular housing manufacturer in Minnesota and markets our products through a large base of builder/dealers. Our low cost production capabilities are being used as a base to expand into local housing construction, and housing lot, apartment, and commercial development as well as other large-scale projects. Completion of a $1 million plant expansion has increased manufacturing capacity to 500 homes per year. Dynamic Homes is now the 24th largest modular/whole-house panel builder in the U.S.

The company was founded in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota in 1969 by a group of craftsmen who set out to build affordable modular homes. Its primary market has been the upper Midwest including North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin and Nebraska.

Ho-Chunk, Inc. purchased a majority share of the company in 2000. This investment has provided the Tribe a stronger and more diversified portfolio as a result. And from a practical standpoint, has provided increased, affordable housing for Tribal members.
