ALL NATIVE SYSTEMS OPENS WASHINGTON D.C. OFFICE,
ANNOUNCES NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Winnebago, NE – All Native Systems, Inc., a subsidiary of Ho-Chunk, Inc. headquartered in Winnebago, Nebraska has opened a new office in Washington D.C. to facilitate its procurement and fulfillment of government contract efforts for federal agencies, as well as other relevant agencies and private enterprises. The office, which is located in Arlington, Virginia, will be directed by Carolyn Fortune of Dumfries, Virginia, who has been named as the new Business Development Manager by All Native Systems.
“The opening of the All Native Systems office in Washington D.C. will enable our company to maintain a strong presence in the government contracting arena through prospecting and networking with federal government agencies,” said Terry Mogensen, CEO of All Native Systems. “Our new office location is a key component in maintaining a true global presence for All Native Systems on behalf of Ho-Chunk, Inc. The new office location will also provide us with the ability to deliver superior service, flexibility and communications in the fulfillment of contracts. That, along with All Native Systems’ proven track record of working successfully with the United States Government both here and abroad, should create some tremendous opportunities for our company, far into the future,” Mogensen said.
All Native Systems has become heavily involved in the government contracting arena, working successfully with a number of federal agencies on a variety of contracts. All Native Systems is an SBA Certified 8(a) and HUBZone company and is listed in Inc. Magazine’s Top 500 growing companies. All Native Systems has provided managed managed IT services, communications, network integration, operations and maintenance and professional services to the private sector and federal agencies including USSTRATCOM at Offutt Air Force Base, the Department of State, the Department of Interior, Bureau of Census, US Army, US Navy, and US Air Force.
All Native Systems was recognized by the U.S. Department of State with its 2007 Small Business Prime Contractor of the Year Award for work with the Government of Mexico in completing critical improvements to their information technology infrastructure to strengthen its efforts against illegal alien smuggling and terrorism on its borders. All Native Systems was cited for providing expert technical talent in implementing vital projects including a DNA database to provide identification of murder victims on the Mexican border. All Native Systems also provided new information technology infrastructure for the Mexican attorney general’s office, as well as operation centers for the Mexican immigration and anti-smuggling operations.
All Native Systems was also selected in 2007 as an Industry Honoree by Government Computer News (GCN), a national trade publication that is the leading provider of integrated information and media for the government information technology market. GCN Industry Honorees are selected in three categories including top federal prime contractors and fastest-growing small and 8(a) businesses.
Established by Ho-Chunk, Inc. in 1999 as an information technology service provider, the company has expanded its operation to include expertise in operations, maintenance, training and professional services including temporary and permanent staffing for a variety of specialized governmental programs. All Native Systems corporate headquarters are located in Winnebago, Nebraska with a federal contracts office in Bellevue, Nebraska. All Native Systems operates in four states and two foreign countries.

In her new position as Business Development Director for All Native Systems at the Washington D.C. office, Fortune will provide expertise in generating new business opportunities in the area of government contracting. She will assist All Native Systems in identifying and qualifying government contract leads through prospecting and networking. She will also support the development of proposal submissions, coordination with contracts, pricing, finance and management to ensure cohesive submissions are prepared.

She also provides All Native Systems with the ability to generate additional prospects for growth through maintaining a consistent presence and awareness of opportunities as they arise in the government contracting arena, as well as an improved capability for successfully winning those contracts,” Mogensen said.
Prior to accepting her new position with All Native Systems, Fortune served as a UIDA Business Services Senior Procurement Consultant for the National Center for American Indian Enterprise Development. In that position she counseled clients on government contracting applications of several small business preference programs as well as advising Native American and Tribally owned enterprises on procurement strategies for winning contracts with government and private industry. She also served as a liaison with federal agencies, prime contractors and other agencies to match clients with opportunities.
Fortune is a native of Northern Virginia and holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Mary Washington College and is currently completing her MBA.
