Erin Morgan is Chief Executive Officer of Flatwater Group. Morgan joined the company in 1995 as Accounting, Design and Construction Coordinator and over the years has served in a number of roles as Ho-Chunk, Inc. grew.

Morgan serves on the Board of Directors for the following: Howard G. Buffett Foundation and Winnebago Public School Foundation. She is also a member of the National Contract Management Association and the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association.

Morgan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln and has received training in Project Management from the University of Nebraska, Omaha Business Development Center and Contract Management from the National Contract Management Association.
