Lynelle Blackhawk, an enrolled member of the Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska, leads Administrative Services at Ho-Chunk, Inc. Her role spans Corporate Operations, Corporate Communications, Community Impact & Engagement, and Community Development, ensuring these teams work in sync to support the company’s growth and community commitments.

Before stepping into this position, Lynelle served on the Ho-Chunk, Inc. Board of Directors and was Chief Administrative Officer for the Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska, where she drove initiatives that improved governance and streamlined operations. Earlier, she built a strong foundation in leadership and performance management within Ho-Chunk, Inc.’s Corporate Operations.

With experience across Tribal governance and corporate management, Lynelle focuses on operational excellence, cultural stewardship, and sustainable progress for both the enterprise and the communities it serves.
