Tune in tonight, September 2, at 8 p.m. to HGTV’s “My Lottery Dream Home” for a special look at a Flatwater Crossing townhome!

The luxury townhome at 2630 Flatwater Drive in South Sioux City will be featured on tonight’s new episode of “My Lottery Dream Home.” The show, starring David Bromstad, takes recent lottery winners on house hunts for their new dream homes.

Although the property is shown on camera by David, Ho-Chunk Capital‘s Pat Wojcik helped coordinate the filming and is the realtor affiliated with the property.

“It was so fun to show David the property as he was so polite and cordial,” Pat said.
