As CEO of Flatwater Group, Ho-Chunk, Inc.’s government contracting division, Erin leads a group of companies delivering innovative solutions to federal and commercial clients nationwide. Her leadership focuses on operational excellence, sustainable growth, and advancing the company’s mission to build long-term economic strength for the Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska.

Deeply connected to the Winnebago community, Erin is passionate about creating opportunities that support growth for future generations.

Erin has been a cornerstone of Ho-Chunk, Inc. for 30 years, helping shape the company from its early beginnings into the diverse enterprise it is today.

Erin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln and has received training in Project Management from the University of Nebraska, Omaha Business Development Center and Contract Management from the National Contract Management Association.
