JOSL Preschool- Ho-Chunk Way Donation
Congratulations to Jesus Our Savior Lutheran Preschool (JOSL) on receiving a special $5,000 donation from Ho-Chunk Way!
JOSL is a faith-based preschool located in Winnebago.
“Through careful deliberation between employee contributors and committee members, it was quite easy to select JOSL to receive the special donation,” said Darlyn St. Cyr, member of the Ho-Chunk Way selection committee. “We recognized that the program has made an impression on our employee contributors because of the impact it has on young children and families within the community.”
JOSL doubled the Ho-Chunk Way funds with a grant through Ho-Chunk Community Development Corporation (HCCDC) and purchased a new playground and improved the classroom flooring.
Ho-Chunk Way makes a bonus contribution each year to an organization separate from the main recipient. This year’s main recipient is Winnebago Tribal Farm.
