Recognition For Support Of National Guard And Reserve Employees

WINNEBAGO, Nebraska – Ho-Chunk, Inc. federal contracting division All Native Group and two of its executives received prestigious Department of Defense awards at a recent event in Winnebago to recognize their support of National Guard and Reserve employees.

Heath Rist, CEO of All Native Group, The Federal Services Division of Ho-Chunk, Inc. is receiving Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) Patriot Awards; and All Native Group is receiving the Pro Patria Award.

Patriot Award – The Patriot Award reflects the efforts made to support citizen warriors through flexible schedules, time off prior to and after deployment, caring for families, and granting leaves of absence if needed.

Pro Patria Award – The recipients of the ESGR’s Pro Patria Award have demonstrated the greatest support to Guard and Reserve employees through their leadership and practices, including adopting personnel policies that make it easier for employees to participate in the National Guard and Reserves.
