A Year to Remember at Ho-Chunk, Inc.!
As we reflect on an amazing year, we want to share 5 highlights of our 2023:

Fan Appreciation Event: Employees volunteered and handed out nearly 500 tacos in a bag during an afternoon of Winnebago Public School girls and boys basketball games.

Bandits Community Night: Organized by Tribal member and Ho-Chunk, Inc. employee (then intern) Caden Cleveland, all students in Winnebago received a free ticket to this first-annual Bandits event. All Winnebago Tribal and community members also received discounted tickets.

Powwow: Employees from all over the country visited Winnebago, Nebraska to attend the 156th annual Homecoming Celebration powwow and learn about community culture and progress.

Harvest: Ho-Chunk Farms had their first harvest with a full machinery line! The team completed about 3,000 acres themselves, and total operations included 6,300 acres of Winnebago Tribal lands.

Internship Program: During the 11-week paid program, interns learned directly from company leaders, saw classroom teachings come to life and made impactful contributions to the company and Winnebago community.
