Mia I. Regalado (Hocuntiwi) is from Winnebago, Nebraska. She is currently attending Little Priest Tribal College, studying nursing.

Her favorite food is her mom’s pozole, as well as frybread and tostada.

If Mia had her own television series, it would be called “Goofy Girls” and would be about her and her friends’ everyday lives.

A quote she likes is “Because he lives, all things are possible.”

What Mia hopes to learn from her time as an intern for Ho-Chunk, Inc. is how she can help her people.
